AI readiness & use-case audit
An honest answer to the question every board is asking: where would AI actually remove work in this business? We look at your real workflows and data, rank the use cases, and say plainly which ones are not worth doing.
Typical duration: 1–2 weeks. Fixed scope, quoted up front.
What you get
- A map of your workflows with the manual, repetitive steps marked
- Ranked use cases with the expected saving, effort and risk for each
- A data and systems readiness check for the top candidates
- A recommendation for the first pilot, with scope and a measurable target
A good fit when
- Leadership wants an AI plan and the team does not know where to start
- Vendors are pitching AI tools and you need an independent view
- You have one idea for AI and want it tested before committing budget
How it runs
- 01
Scope
Agree the departments and workflows in scope and who will take part.
- 02
Observe
We sit with the people doing the work and map it. Agents read the documents, tickets and spreadsheets the workflow runs on.
- 03
Rank and recommend
Use cases ranked by saving, effort and risk, a readiness check on data and systems, and a first pilot proposed with a target to measure against.
Questions about this service
Do we need a lot of data for this?
No. The audit works from the documents, systems and processes you already have. Part of its job is to tell you whether the data you hold is enough for each use case.
What if the answer is that AI is not worth it for us?
Then that is the answer, and you have saved the cost of finding out the hard way. You still get the workflow map and the non-AI improvements we noticed on the way.
Can the audit lead straight into a pilot?
Yes. The first pilot is scoped in the final report, and the same team can build it, usually with a working prototype on your real data within days of starting.
