Which AI models do you use?
We are model-agnostic. US labs (OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, Meta) and Chinese labs (Alibaba Qwen, DeepSeek, Moonshot, Zhipu), plus self-hosted open-weight models, are chosen per use case for quality, cost, language support and privacy, and can be swapped later.
What about hallucinations and wrong answers?
We ground answers in your own sources and cite them, test against evaluation sets before launch, and keep a human in the loop for high-risk actions.
Is our data safe?
We scope what models can access, redact sensitive fields, and can deploy on private cloud or self-hosted models. Data handling terms are agreed in the contract before we touch any data.
